I measured 1/2" from each edge of the card and drew the lines to within 1/4" of the edge.
Cut 1 1/4" circles from patterned paper and cardstock and adhered them together. Added some pre-tied bows, pop-dotted the circles on the card front and then drew the lines for the "strings".
Computer printed the sentiment.

Great idea! I've already finished my Christmas cards for this year so I'm planning to cut circles from my scraps and use them on next year's cards.
