It's been quite a while since I've made a cut. file using Design Studio software. I had thought there was a card like this on the Wild Card cartridge but the scalloped card on that cartridge isn't the same at all.
I used Graphically Speaking and cut the scalloped circle at 5", George for the 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 rectangle and just welded the shapes and cut. Then I cut another 5" scalloped circle and glued it onto the card front. The inside is lined with blue paper and then white for a writing surface. Punched two holes with my Crop-o-dile and tied on a bow, added some doodleing and was done.
