Vintage Birthday Card

My Cameo was used to cut out the shadow piece underneath the Decorative Label punch and the word "Vintage".

Petite Petals stamp and punch was used for the flowers. 

The leaves are a Martha Stewart punch.

Petite Petals Wreath

This was done with Petite Petals punch and stamp using Bermuda Bay ink.

Flower Shop Stamps Card

 This is a little different way to use your Flower Shop stamps, Pansy and Petite Petals punches.

The ink is Crushed Curry.  The greenery is Little Leaves die.

 This is Bermuda Bay ink from Stampin' Up.   It matches the background paper too well and there's not enough contrast.

I experimented with different color combinations before deciding I like the two colored flowers best.

The flower center was punched with the Petite Petals punch.  It's the
center of one of the larger
flowers in the Flower Shop set.

Mother's Day - 30 Minute Card

You don't have to spend hours on a card to get one that's really nice and that you'll be proud to give.

I printed the sentiment by computer and added three Petite Petal flowers with Pearl Pen centers. 

The edges of the popped up layer were rounded to add a little interest.

Rounding the edges of the printed inside sentiment ties it to the layout of the card front.

I stamped two more images beside the sentiment.

Petite Petals Punch Mother's Day Card

The flowers were done using a Petite Petals stamp and punch from Stampin' Up.  I embossed the base with a Darice Folder.

This card was based one one done by Blythe , a Stampin' Up demo.  I saw it on Pinterest and thought it would be simple enough to make multiples for donation.

I especially liked the inside sentiment trimmed down to allow space for the flower shapes.

Stamped and Punched Bookmarks

Owl Bookmark

 Stampin' Up Owl Builder punch and scalloped circle punches were used on this bookmark.

Diamond Bookmark

 The facets on the diamond and the base for the wording were cut from silver metallic paper.

Brown Flowers

I've set up several files in Make The Cut for bookmark bases to provide just a little variety of shapes.

This one uses some Stampin' Up flower stamps and a background stamp.

30 Minute Card

Another card inspired by one seen online.  I used Stampin' Up Whisper White ink on the background.

The flowers were done with Petite Petals stamps and punch.  The centers were colored with Stampin' Up markers and topped with an adhesive gem.

The sentiment stamp came with a card making magazine from the U.K.

Doily In A Circle Card

This card was CASED from a Dutch speaking Stampin' Up demonstrator's blog.  It took me quite a while to determine what cuts and what size cuts I'd need to complete my version!

The butterfly was cut out twice with a Sizzix die, once in vellum and once in a bright pink cardstock.  I used copper wire to wrap those pieces together and make the antennas.

The doily is from Elegant Edges cartridge, modified and cut with Make The Cut software on my Cameo.

The pink patterned paper was cut at 3 1/4 x 4 3/4" with a 2 1/2" circle cut on one side for the doily's opening.

The flowers were done with Petite Petal and Boho Blossoms punches from Stampin' Up.  The center is a stick on pearl.

The pink patterned paper didn't photograph well.  It has iridescent lines going throughout the design and they don't show up.  Robin Goens supplied the paper from Stampin' Up.

Petite Petals Card

The flowers are Petite Petals stamp and punch.  I used Bermuda Bay ink for the flowers and Yellow Oche for the sentiment.  The vines were stamped with Memento Bamboo Leaves ink.  Inspired by a Stampin' Up demonstrator.

Kraft Paper Card

Supplies:

Stampin' Up Flower Shop stamps
Stampin' Up Petite Petals stamps

Kraft cardstock:  5 1/2" x 4 /14"  zebra stripe
                           2 3/4" x 4 1/2"  polka dot
                           2" x 2"  plain (I was able to use the back side of the printed kraft cardstock)

Red cardstock:  2 1/4" x  2 1/4"
                         3" x  4 3/4"
                         1 1/4" x 1"

Background for sentiment  1" x 4 1/4"

Using Lady Bug red Memento ink, I stamped the flowers onto the same paper I used for the sentiment and punched them with the Pansy Punch and Petite Petals punches.  They're pop dotted for dimension.

Embossed Flowers Card

The flowers were done with my Pansy and Petite Petal punches and embossed with a Swiss Dots folder.  I cut the petals to separate and give some dimension to the flower.  The butterfly is the Bitty Buterfly punch.

Using Hallmark Card Studio, I matched the ink for the sentiment to the background paper.  This was inspired by a card seen on Pinterest.

The flower petals are really standing up from the card base in the photo.  Once I pack it into the box of cards for Operation Write Home, they'll lay closer to the surface and the card will look as I intended.

Aqua Oval Card

Using my Cameo and Make The Cut software, I cut a template, 5 1/4 x 4" with an oval cut out in the center. The template was placed onto a piece of white cardstock the same size and I sponged inside the oval cut out with Bermuda Bay ink. 

The flowers are part of the Petite Petals stamp set.  It's not visible in the photo, but, I used a metallic gel pen to add some sparkle to the flower centers and outlined the oval.

Trellis Card

While at this month's stamp club, I saw this paper in the clearance rack.  I'm always on the lookout for realistic background paper for cards.  This one said "trellis" to me as soon as I saw it and I bought all the sheets in the rack.

The banner is a clip art image.  I used Hallmark Card Studio to add the sentiment, cut it out by hand and colored it with Promarkers. It's pop dotted for dimension.

The vine is three pieces of Stampin' Up's little leaves sizzlet die cuts; the flowers are done with Petite Petals stamp and punch set.

Petite Petals Cards

The trellis is made with a piece of drywall mesh.  The stem was cut with my Cameo.  Petite Petals stamp/punch from
Stampin' Up was used for the flowers that were stamped with Dandelion color ink by Memento.

The sentiment was printed on my computer and punched with Stampin' Up oval punches.

I saw a card like this on Pinterest and used that layout.  The flowers were stamped using four different inks to coordinate with the cardstock. 

The base for the sentiment is from Stampin' Up's digital software.  I imported it into Make The Cut software, resized it and added two shadows for dimension.

These are cards for Operation Write Home.

Flower Shop Bundle Cards

 Inspired by a card seen online.  I used Stampin' Up Flower Shop stamp/punch bundle for the flowers.
The greenery was cut with my Cameo.

A paper doily is the base for this card.  Again, I used the Flower Shop bundle as well as the Petite Petals bundle.

CASED Mother's Day Cards

Pinterest is a great place to find inspiration for cards.  These two were patterned after ones seen on there.
The pink one is from The Paper Stamper 's blog.  I believe the other one was a commercially done card. 

The flower was embossed onto vellum with a Darice folder.  The butterfly was done with a Stampin Up punch and has Liquid Pearls for the accent.

I printed the sentiment and punched the ovals with a Stampin' Up punch also.

It took quite a while to find fonts that would fit onto the card front so the word "MOTHER" would be on the center front.

The flowers were stamped and punched with Stampin' Up products.  The border punch is from We R Memory Keepers.

Bermuda Bay ink from Stampin' Up was used for the flowers.

Petite Petals "Cheater" Card

When you have an idea in your head and don't have exactly what you need to make it, it gets frustrating!  I knew that I wanted leaves in the upper and lower corners of the card front and that they needed to be the correct size to go with the Petite Petals SU stamp.  Searching my stamp catalog and punches for some leaves proved that, like Goldilocks, nothing was quite right.  One was too big, one too small, one had too many branches, etc.

The leaves I used are in Hallmark card making software.  I resized, flipped and rotated them to get them just like I planned.  This is the "cheater" element on the card.  They look just as if they'd been stamped and shaded rather than clip art.

The flowers were stamped with Memento Bahama Blue ink and punched with the Petite Petals punch.  I added a blue brad for the center and pop dotted them.  The white background was too stark so I lightly stamped the flowers to fill up that space.

The sentiment is ForgetMeNot HMK font and was also printed in Hallmark software. 

OWH Cards

The apple sign may have been colored by Shirley while at stamp club a few months ago.  I found a sheet of them and decided they'd work up into some quick cards to help fill my box for OWH.

Since DH's accident in December, I haven't made nearly as many cards as usual to send so I'm playing catch-up.

A couple of years ago Provocraft had a clip art
website.  The elephant and sentiment were from a set called Born to be Wild.

Whenever I get totally stumped for card inspiration, I print off some of the comical animals and make some quick cards.

The card base is a premade card from Paper Studio.  I printed and hand cut the leaves and added some Prima flowers with Pearl Pen centers.

I cut and shadowed the stem on my Cameo.  The flowers were done with my latest SU punch. 

The sentiment was printed on my computer and then I added some black pen stitching around the edges.

Petite Petals Card

Stampin' Up has come out with a Petite Petals punch and coordinating set of stamps.  Since I make A2 cards, I use smaller sized flowers and know that I'll get a lot of use from those items.

Today's card has a SU cardstock base, a blue mica paper scalloped rectangle and a white scalloped rectangle on the front. These are on the Elegant Edges Cricut cartridge and cut using Make The Cut software.

 I stamped the leaves with Always Artichoke SU ink onto the white rectangle. Then I used Danube blue Memento ink to stamp the flowers onto the blue mica paper and punched them with the Petite Petals punch.  the centers are dots of baby blue liquid pearls.  The sentiment is from SU's Filled With Love stamp set.
