Not sure what I did wrong but I lost the message I posted before. Anyway, thank you very much for sharing this idea! I am making animal flash cards for our newly adopted GD who has some speech issues (possibly due to birth mother's "lifestyle"). Getting her to know animal pictures and sounds is one way we've had success in getting her to use her vocal cords as she knows the animals and what sounds they make. TFS this great idea!
