Two Smart Points Chicken Fajitas

2 Weight Watchers Smart Points

These are the products I used to make the fajitas.

3 oz. John Soules chicken fajitas  (1 Smart Point)
1 Ole' Xtreme Wellness high fiber tortilla (1 Smart Point)
Red pepper strips
Green pepper strips
Sliced onion

Optional:  2 T. Daisy Light sour cream (2 Smart Points)
                 2 T. Pace salsa
                 Chopped cilantro

I cut the peppers and onions into strips and "sauteed" them in a non-stick skillet by adding just a tiny bit of water.  Heat the chicken in the microwave,  Place chicken, vegetables and salsa, sour cream and cilantro, if desired, in tortilla.  Roll up like a burrito and enjoy.  The tortillas are 8" size so this makes a large fajita.
