Making Christmas Cards -- Day 9

The holly leaves are from a Cricut cartridge.  I traced and cut the bells.  The sentiment is computer printed.
The tags are Graphic 45 punch outs.  I printed the sentiment on my computer and added a punched scalloped border.
The stamps used are from Loads of Love set by Stampin' Up.  I colored the image with Promarkers.
The bell and bow are cut from mica paper.  The image is from a Cricut cartridge.

Metallic Gold and Pink Mica Butterfly Card

The butterfly is an image I traced and cut from pink mica paper.  The sentiment is from Stampin' Up Whimsical Words set.  I deckled the edges using a pair of scissors. The sentiment and the leaves were stamped using gold metallic ink.  The flowers were stamped with Melon Mambo ink.

Simple Butterfly Card

The butterflies were done with a Martha Stewart punch and the sentiment was cut with Cursive 101.
The butterfly mica paper is from SEI, the solid is Coordinations and the stripe is from Momenta.

Inspiration for the card is from one seen in Cards magazine.

Mica Paper Butterfly Card

I used three different Martha Stewart butterfly punches and my Indie Art cartridge on these.  The papers are from the K & Company 360 sheet pack from JoAnn's.  I printed the sentiment on vellum and then adhered it to the card front.

Wish I'd taken a better photo!  The shiny butterflies really do pop off the flowered background when you can see them in person!
