Shirley's Card Party

This is the second year that I've been invited to Shirley's, aka Okieladybug, Valentine card making party.  She converts her living room into a craft space for several of her friends to make some really gorgeous Valentine cards.

When we arrive, the room's all set up and she's set out tools and embellishments to be used on the cards.  The cards are pre-cut and she gives us a choice of sentiments to use inside so we can have several cute cards ready to use when we are finished.

Here are the ones I made yesterday.  I kept trying to decide which one I liked best!

Love the color combination on this one.  It just looks happy!
I named this one my Zombie Owl since I opted to use red rhinestones on his eyes!
The black and white mat is flocked paper.  The hearts are metallic papers.
I've decided this one is my favorite.  I like the different patterns of paper and the colors.  The patterns give it a lot of texture.

I think I agree with you Linda. I really like the lst one the best. The pattern papers are very cool.

All 4 are so pretty, but I think perhaps my favorite is the bw flocked mat with the metalic hearts. VERY elegant. You're right: they do seem 'happy'. What fun ya'll must have had. TFS
