Western Themed Cards

I stamped the pocket and hand cut some paisley paper for the handkerchief.

The other elements are from a printed sheet from a western themed stack from Hobby Lobby.

Starfish Kid's Card

It's rare that I make a card intended for kids.  For some reason, I don't find many layouts that inspire me.  Today I saw one on Pinterest with a smiling starfish and did this one.  The image is clip art, traced and cut out in Make The Cut software.

The face is a Peachy Keen stamp; the sentiment was printed on my computer.

All Star Kid Card

Mary Phipps Grubbs on her Cardz TV blog posted this card today.  She also shared it on Facebook, where I asked her permission to use the layout for some Operation Write Home Cards.  This is my interpretation of her card.

The high top tennis shoe is from the Paisley cartridge, resized, modified, and cut in Make The Cut software on a Cameo.  The stars are built in images in the software.

Thanks, Mary, for sharing your idea!

Hugs To You Card

Inspired by a card seen in Just Cards magazine, I printed the letter scramble then highlighted the words with a Promarker.  The image I used is clip art I've had for some time.

30 Minute Card for Kids

Just using some clip art images found on Pinterest, I made this card in less than 10 minutes.  Super simple and perfect for a little Star Wars fan!

Discovery Kids  is where I found the clip art images.
