ground beef but after speaking with some other online Weight Watchers,
they think I should be using 18 points and count the cooked weight. I
leave that up to you.

onion, diced

tsp. chili powder

tsp. Worcestershire sauce

can Mexican style tomatoes

recipe corn bread batter* 38 Smart
Points
In
a 10-12” cast iron skillet, brown meat with onion, add chili powder and
Worcestershire sauce.
Put tomatoes into
blender and process until smooth. Add to
the meat mixture along with the beans.
Bring to a boil. Lower heat and
simmer for about 15 minutes, uncovered, to reduce liquid from tomatoes.
Spread
the prepared corn bread batter evenly over top of the hot meat mixture. Bake in preheated 425° oven for 20 minutes or
until cornbread is golden brown. The
juice from the meat mixture will break through the corn bread layer while cooking.
To
make it spicier, add some diced jalapeno peppers to the cornbread batter.
