For this one I stamped the apple image onto a piece of vellum and colored it with Promarkers. It's layered onto a piece of white cardstock with the sentiment stamped three times on it.
The lace borders were done with a Martha Stewart Punch. The background paper is from Stampin' Up.

I am going to have to start stamping on some of that hundreds of sheets of vellum I have! I love how that looks.
