Using only a portion of a large embossing folder, I imprinted the swirls onto the lower left corner of the card front. It was inked with Bermuda Bay ink using a round dauber.
The flowers were punched with a Bittty Punch and also inked. Adhesive pearls were added to the centers.
The sentiment is from Stampin' Up.

It's a beautiful card, but I'm trying to figure out how you did the embossing folder like that.
ReplyDeleteI cut the white cardstock to the size I wanted for the card front then just placed it onto the embossing folder where I wanted the design to be. After it was embossed, I used a round ink dauber and applied just a hint of the Bermuda Bay ink onto the raised design. Tap your dauber onto the ink pad then swipe it across a piece of scrap paper to remove most of the ink. That way you get the light tint of color--if that's what you are wanting. You can always fully color the area by not swiping the dauber onto the scrap paper.
