Cut Out Flowers

These were made with some of the two-sided paper that Shirley ordered and shared with me.  The layout was inspired by a card on Splitcoast Stampers.

The Swiss Dot Cuttlebug folder was used on the white background.  I cut out and pop dotted the flowers and used a SU border punch for the scalloped piece.  The sentiment is from a set of Studio G's.  I added some bling with a Gelly Roll pen on the flower petals and the sentiment.
